I've had good luck with this cookbook. Very nice recipes with clear instructions. I read French fluently and have found this to be an excellent way to practice the language...with tasty results. I've shared the recipes with my American friends. They've been amazed that 'quick breads' (or 'cakes') can be about vegetables. Who knew it would be possible to incorporate wine into a bread? My only wish is that there would be more photos of the finished breads and a table of contents.Product details
